Freelancer wanted to work in architectural and interior design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Please read the details carefully, we would like to agree with freelancers to work on projects in the architectural and interior design in the employment system for a number of hours to be agreed upon later.
Business idea:
1- A contract will be made with the terms and conditions and the value of the contract through (Hire) inside the freelancer website.
2- The work is daily from Saturday to Thursday, at a rate of 8 hours per day, with fixed dates in two periods, starting from the first period (from 11 am to 3 pm) and the second period (from 4 pm to 8 pm) Emirates time.
3- A personal interview will be conducted for the freelancers with CVs and a good portfolio, through the Zoom application. In the success of the interview, the contract will be agreed upon, which will be written on the freelancer website.
4- When submitting the price offer, it must be at a total cost of 200 hours per month, and everyone is free to choose the value of his offer, but we will choose what suits us in terms of quality and price.
5- In the event of the expiry of the contract term, renewal may occur again with a new contract on the freelancer website, in the event of the success and quality of the freelancer to work with us.
6- The minimum contract period is one month with the dates shown in item 2, but the first contract is for 6 consecutive working days as a paid probationary period to ensure the efficiency of the freelancer and his seriousness to work.
Conditions and specifications required for work:
1- This time should be dedicated to working only for us and not to be preoccupied with any other work or duties of any other party.
2- Being online, and communication is available at any moment during this time, whether on the freelancer website or outside the site when necessary, such as a Zoom meeting.
3- Doing the work and tasks assigned to you according to your specialization, whether 2D or 3D, and submitting the required files and works.
4- You must have a computer that works in good condition and is suitable for programs such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max, with a reasonable speed internet service to upload files and hold meetings (the internet is the basis of work, so it must be as stable as possible).
5- At least 3 years of experience.
