Freelance architect

I am planning to visit Milan in 2nd week of Jan 2022 . Plan is to buy renovation residential properties all over Italy. I looking for a freelance architect to help and redesign these properties with most modern design from inside, while maintains the outside heritage. Theses properties need to be most energy, water efficient and make them as the best green project with new ideas.
