Freelance Opportunity: Architect & Engineers Needed for 28-Townhouse Development in Hayward, CA
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in designing and drafting plans for a 28-townhouse development in Hayward, California. We already have a concept layout but need skilled experts to bring it to completion with detailed construction-ready plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Architect (Licensed in California) – Experienced in residential & multi-family developments, capable of providing aerial views, elevations, and detailed architectural sheets.
• Civil Engineer (Licensed in California) – Must be familiar with local zoning, grading, and infrastructure requirements, and able to develop site plans and plot plans.
• MEP Engineer – Responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans, ensuring all systems meet code requirements.
• Life & Safety Engineer – Ensuring compliance with fire, structural, and safety regulations.
• Landscape Architect – To develop an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor environment for the project.
Scope of Work:
• Phase 1:
• Finalizing the site plan, plot plans, and architectural drawings.
• Providing aerial views, elevations, and construction details.
• Submitting plans for site plan review.
• Phase 2:
• Developing detailed MEP plans.
• Ensuring compliance with fire safety and structural codes.
• Finalizing landscaping plans.
Requirements:
✔ Must have prior experience working in California and be familiar with state and local building codes.
✔ Must hold a valid professional license in California.
✔ Experience in multi-unit residential projects is preferred.
✔ Ability to collaborate throughout all phases of the project.
