We are seeking a skilled draftsman to create framing drawings (DWG) for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom structure as part of a proof of concept proposal. The drawings should detail the footing, framing, and roof construction. A DWG stamp is not required. Ideal candidates will have experience in architectural drafting and a strong understanding of residential construction standards. Please provide samples of previous work upon application
