Four floor plans drawings showing utilities for construction job

Hi

I need four professional drawings showing pipes/electrics, water feeds etc to show my landlord for approval to internal refurbishment works of my beauty salon business.

I have got my builder to hand draw these but I want to do these professionally to show my landlord.

I have attached the three drawings (waiting for the air con drawing) which shows the utilities and description.
