Foundation Rebar Shop Drawings -- 2
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I need a clean, print-ready PDF set of foundation shop drawings that covers the entire footing system, all foundation walls, and the 4-inch slab on grade. Every sheet must show the rebar layout in full detail—bar size, mark, exact spacing, lap lengths, hooks, and clear cover—so the fabricator can bend and place without guesswork. All detailing has to comply with the applicable local building code provisions; please cite them where they control development lengths, splice limits, or cover.
You will receive the IFC plans and loads from me right after kick-off. Verify any missing dimensions before you start, flag clashes early, and incorporate one coordinated round of comments in your fee.
Deliverables
• One bookmarked ARCH-D PDF set ready for immediate issue
• Foundation plan with corresponding bar schedule and call-outs
• Wall elevations/sections showing horizontal and vertical reinforcement
• Slab-on-grade reinforcement plan for the 4″ slab, including shrinkage-temperature steel and joint details
• Bar bending schedule formatted for the fabricator
• Revision cloud log until final sign-off
First draft is expected within 2 calendar days; final issue follows after comments are closed.
