Foundation Design and Construction plans

I'm looking for assistance with the design and construction plans for a residential foundation. I only have general guidelines for the project, but not specific requirements. I need this project completed within 2-3 weeks. I'm looking for a freelancer who has the ability to accurately and efficiently complete this task.
