I have drafted already this new construction home and need a redesigned roof, stairs, porches. This job will require a permit-ready plan set. I have found a local engineer to work with us to finalize the build.
I would like the roof, which is now reverse gables to change if possible to a gable with a shed-style roof for dormers, picture attached.
We will build with SIPS and I'm told changing the roof to eliminate reverse gables would be less costly. attached are plans, lot with house plotted without porches and picture of possible roof style
