I need a qualified plans reviewer for both small and large residential and commercial plans, ensuring compliance with the 2023 Florida Building Code 8th Edition. The plans are at the final review stage.
Key areas of focus include:
- Building /Structural requirements
- Fire safety compliance
- Mechanical , Electrical and Plumbing requirements
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Florida Building Code
We can provide a template of what we are looking for...We are looking for an individual who can review pdf plans and "red-line" the drawings indicating any deficiencies needed to obtain a permit.
We are a 3rd Party plan reviewer and inspector in lieu of the Building Departments.
