Floor plans modified

I'm looking for someone to modify the floor plans of my home. Specifically, I need the addition/removal of rooms to the current floor plan, but I don't have precise measurements. I'm open to suggestions when it comes to the room layout and size. I'm looking for someone who can work with me to help create a floor plan that suits the size and theme of my home. I would also be interested in elevation, foundation, roof detail package at completion of floor plan modification.
