Floor planning

I'm looking for someone to create a floor plan for a residential property. I need a basic layout that will help me get a better understanding of the space and lay the groundwork for further renovations. I have exact dimensions, and also I'm open to suggestions from a professional about the best way to utilize the space. I do not require any furniture placements or details such as doors, windows, or fixtures – a basic overall layout will suffice.
