Floor plan and a site map for a house

Develop a site plan of the house and other structures on the property:

- all entrances/exits to and from the building
- exterior decks that are appurtenant to the property
- designated waste disposal
- driveway and parking layout
- dimensioned parking spaces

Develop a floor plan including the following:

- the use of each room
- identify a number of guests per guest room
- location of smoke detection and early warning devices
- location of fire extinguishers
- all entrances/exits to and from the building
- exterior decks that are appurtenant to the property
