Floor plan layout for ~500 sqft IT company office.
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
Hello,
We are looking for floor plan layout planning for a small IT company (approx office size 500 sqft) - 11.75 feet wide and 42 feet long.
Its a bareshell Office so everything needs to be done from scratch.
I would "ideally" like to have a cabin, a conference room, and a seating of 14-16 people. A small pantry with fridge, coffee machine and some storage. Glass partitions and main entrance.
There could be some to-and-forth on this project until its satisfactory, so please consider this in your bid. I hope you understand the seating space requirements for desktop-laptop based workstations.
I have created some layouts on excel myself and will share them with you. But my idea is to achieve more seating and proper planning :)
