Floor plan and lanscape for holiday home
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to assist me with creating a floor plan and landscape design for my medium-sized holiday home. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and landscaping, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Floor Plan:
- The holiday home is between 100 and 300 sqm in size.
- holiday home consist of 2 attached homes with opposite entrances with a shared kitchen in the middle. The kitchen should also open to an outdoor kitchen. Each home should have a living room, 1-2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms
- please consider the views of the windows when placing the building and landscape
- there also should be a shaded (outdoor) pool with boundary walls from each side for privacy and safety (can be adjacent to the building for views) with an outdoor toilet and shower
- the plot is attached showing neigbours and streets. The main entrance should be the 25m side with 6 cars outdoor parking, and the 10 m side should be secondary entrance near to staff room (labels in attachment are flipped)
- Plumbing and electrical plans are not required for this project.
Landscape Design:
- The landscape design will primarily focus on trees and outdoor seating.
- trees as part of landscape are required to create privacy. Also outdoor seating, kids play area and fruit garden are required
- The freelancer should have experience in creating visually appealing and functional outdoor spaces.
- Knowledge of plant selection and maintenance is a plus.
