Floor plan from photos

I found a house I really want to build. I only have the pictures from the online posting since when I toured it once I was so happy being there i forgot. It’s 1/12 stories. We would make changes. Overall it’s simple. We were going to leave upstairs bare but I see I’ll need to room one direction off for aesthetics. We would still be leaving out a half bathroom and office area. Where the top room will be we would like stairs meeting main level and stairs to continue to ground. To clarify it’s elevated 9 feet. I will send pictures and drawings. In the pictures the pool room is in front center house. I don’t need the extended bay windows shown in the picture. This will be the master. Back centered is living room to the left will be room number one. Walking towards the front there’s a door that slides into the wall on each side with bed in middle. Both same length but width can be changed according to which room needs more space. Left of bed will be bathroom with shower only and single sink and toilet. Right of bed walk-in closet where we will either build in dressers or add later with a center ottoman type sitting space to change. The closets should be able to accommodate everything so that the only items in the bedroom would be bed tv and couch. This is the back corner room so we would like 2 sliding doors ( cheaper than windows) the height of room which wasn’t high on each corner giving the illusion of wrapping windows. Now for the fun part leaving from his closet there should be a secret way ( shoe rack moves) I’m open to suggestions that leads to a secret room. My bedroom bathroom and closet will be designed similar allowing my closet to access this room that will be left front corner of house. No windows. The pictures show a second bedroom and bathroom there instead of taking bathroom space should help add to any rooms needed more square footage. Pictured in the living room is a tall wooden structure where the fireplace and tv are located . I believe it ends where the door to my room would be a few feet back and also allows a hallway leading to where our closets would be for regular entrance when putting clothes away. I’m not sure about everything right of the living room. I know there’s a dinner room that I don’t need so maybe same size kitchen but with a bar sitting area. We can work on the best location for laundry room, kitchen and pantry. I do plan on parking under the house and coming up through a 2 story pantry with spiral stairs and sized so everything is reachable from stairs. The floor level pantry can contain more space is needed. So having the kitchen left from there and laundry to the right is what I’m thinking. We would also have a wrap around porch some areas just for getting around and 2 or 3 wider. The one in the picture would be one and built like it is for a catio. The underneath of the house can be left bare except for pantry entrance for now.thanks
