Floor plan from old plan set

I need a floor plan drawn to scale - with the building envelop - windows and column drawn from an old plan set. I would like the interior clear - and the building exterior envelope same as in the old plan set. I would like the new floor plan to look as close as possible to the old one - just no furniture showing and able to manipulate.
