I am looking for a skilled designer who can create a floor plan and design the exterior look for a small residential building. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential building design and should be familiar with modern architectural styles.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Creating a floor plan for a small residential building (less than 1000 sq ft)
- Designing the exterior look of the building in a modern style
- Incorporating elements of modern architecture and design into the exterior look
