I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with a project I have. The project is for a residential house villa located on a 400 SQM lot. The lot shape is rectangular and it is for residential purposes. I am seeking an experienced freelancer who can provide me with their past work as part of their application to demonstrate what they are capable of. The successful freelancer will also be responsible for creating detailed project proposals.
The lot size is 25m x 16m. The 16m on the street side and the other sides are adjacent to a neighbor.
The ground floor has foyer that lead to two reception areas one is small and one is bigger. A double wash basin and toilet to serve the two receptions. Living and dining area with a double basin and toilet to serve that area. Master bedroom. House Maid master bedroom and laundry room and large kitchen that has dining table inside. House keeper master bedroom.
stair case with elevator that goes to all levels. And stairs that lead to first floor only.
First floor 3 Master bedrooms with their toilets
3 bedrooms share a toilet. And sitting area.
Second floor divided into two apartments.
Each apartment has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms share a toilet. Kitchen. Living room. And maid's room with it's toilet.
