Floor plan

I need to know what to do, I have visitors bathroom that need to change it to another place of the house because I need that space where the bathroom is now to enlarge the space of my bedroom. I have a small home office that we don’t use so I thought of making the bathroom there but it’s just the the entrance of the house so I feel I’m making a mistake by replacacing that home office with a visitors bathroom. I need to know what I can do to fix this issue. Another issue is that also one bedroom is at the entryway and I feel that also is wrong and would like to do something to change it.
