I am looking for an experienced designer to create a modern floor plan for my residential property. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing floor plans for small spaces.
Key requirements:
- Experience in designing residential floor plans
- Proficiency in modern design styles
- Ability to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout for 2-3 office spaces
-Total building area 1000 sqft or below
-Main office must include private restroom
-Must have 1 public restroom
- Strong attention to detail
