Floor plan

I need someone who will be able to design a car repair shop floor plan. The area is 600m2. I need to fit all the following in the design.
- Car repair shop for small car, with 5 lifts, truck space and buses. Need a toilet inside and a small kitchen.
- Painting area
- Lobby / réception, with toilet
- Car wash place
- Restaurant
- Public Toilet
- Parking
- Security Gate
- Small expo space for 2 Cars

We need to optimize the space. I can add more space if we need to or reduce the amount of items to fit.
