Floor plan

I have the top view of an apartment and I want the floor plan for the rooms and how I can place the furniture. I will provide the top view and some floor plans I have already in my hands. I am sure for the plan in the two rooms but I would like to see how the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and one storage room can be settled. In the central area there's a column and I would like to have a nice kitchen island but I don't know how. The floor plans I already have don't please me enough. I want more ideas. As I said I am ok with the bedrooms. The other area is a question mark.
