2D Floor Plan for Modern Complex
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a detailed 2D floor plan for a plot of land measuring approximately 1100m². The design should accommodate:
- 60% of the land dedicated to rental apartments, designed in a modern architectural style. The apartments should be three per floor, spread across 3 levels. Parking can be around the outside of the property, 2 car spaces per apartment
In addition, the design should include:
- Four apartments over three floors and a basement on the remaining 40% of the land including small garden and lap pool
- A basement equipped with a parking area, storage units, a recreational room, and drivers' rooms.
The garden area should be thoughtfully designed, incorporating a lap pool as a key feature.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in modern architectural design and experience in creating comprehensive floor plans. Skills in spatial awareness, design aesthetics, and understanding of practical requirements for residential complexes will be beneficial.
