I'm planning to build a house. So I wanted a floor plan for my new house(a two side open 65x67 plot). It should be according to vastu and indian standards and needs.

2. 1 master bedroom(large) with dressing and master bathroom
3. 1 guest bedroom
4. Large lobby and dinning area
5. Kitchen
6. Drawing room
7. Pooja Room
8. Powder room
1st Floor:
1. 1 master bedroom(large) with dressing and master bathroom
2. 1 guest bedroom
3. Pantry
4. Bar/lounge area
5. Gym/meditation room/ recreational area
Need private garden/pool area.
