Floor Plan Models

I am looking for a freelancer who can create both 2D (and possibly 3D) floor plan models for my project. I have an existing floor plan design that needs to be created into a boutique hotel concept, and I require a total of FOUR (4) floor plan models for the 4 different small floors. I will give you some artistic/creative freedom to create the best layout you think based on the floor plan structure for lobby, concierge, rooms, bathrooms, janitor and cleaning space, and anything else that you think may fit like hotel restaurant/bar, etc. I need electric/plumbing plans as well.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D floor plan models
- Experience in modifying existing floor plan designs
- Strong attention to detail in accurately representing the floor plan
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
