Floor Plan - Metres estimated

Hello!

I need someone to help me estimate the metres per room and provide Metres squared per room.

Eg: Bed 1 = 4m x 3m = Xm2

Estimation should be based on the measurements provided
INTERNAL and TOTAL AREA

This then must be broken down into the following:

Shared areas:
- Kitchen
- Dining/Lounge
-Hallway
-Balcony

Total shared =

Sub Tenant Areas
-Bathroom 2
-Bedroom 2
