Floor Plan Made Showing Changes I would like.

I have a floor plan that I need changed to show the alterations I will be doing to the space. I have a current floor plan and I have also attached a picture of the changes. I would like the new floor plan to show the additions and the removals. Show the new walls and show which ones are being removed. I would also like the measurements to be included. Small budget for this.
