Floor plan for a 1-story weekend getaway home that includes a entrance, a 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 huge multi-purpose area that can be used as game room/event hosting and entertainment, 1 kitchen closed, 1 helper room, and a storage. The outside area should include a pool and a shower area.. and bbq area patio.
I am thinking of it as an L shaped kind of building where the multi purpose room will have the majority of the pool view. The total build area should be around 200 m2 ..
The land is huge, but elongated, it is not mean to be built entirely (land is 700 m2, dimensions are 20 m2 x 35 m2)
It is a corner land so the other side can be used for car garage entry
