Floor Plan Design Needed - Exits, Fire Routes

I need someone skilled to replicate our sample drawings into a cleaned up, more professional looking, blueprint format drawing. Will provide the samples as an example of what we are looking for. Please reference the sample file we uploaded to get a better understanding of what we are looking for.

The ideal freelancer for this job should:
- Have a solid understanding of designing floor plans for commercial buildings
- Be able to incorporate essential safety features in the drawings: exits, fire routes, assembly points, fire alarms, and emergency exits
