I need an expert drafter to amend some floor plan.
Key Responsibility:
- Create a comprehensive, detailed floor plan for a two-story residential building
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit etc.)
- Proven experience in floor plan design, especially for residential properties
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to deliver project on time and meet deadlines
- Good communicator able to interpret my requirements swiftly and accurately.
