Floor Plan -- 2

I need a floor pan for a 30 by 50 ft plot. The plot has other buildings on the 3 sides and the one side with 30ft length has the road.

I want to make independent independently accessible rooms with attached bathroom and a small kitchen counter. Making maximum use of the limited space, I want to make as many independent rooms as possible.
