Fixer upper, addition

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help with a fixer upper project for my property. The area I am looking to add on to is a room, and while I do not have any specific design ideas, I trust your expertise. I would like this project to be completed no later than December or January before the cold weather hits. Of course, if you can complete the project sooner than that, then that would be great.
