This is for the shell only. Appliances and Utilities will be designed after the shell is built. There is a metal roof and metal siding. We have a framer doing the framing, walls, floor, dormers, roof, windows and doors. Then we will move the trailer and finish locally. We are not providing too much detail. We are looking for standard window and door placements. Taking liberties with design is ok.
