Finish and stamp my plans for small office expansion in wisconsin

I need a licensed engineer/architect in wisconsin who can rework my plans and stamp them for state approval. Attached are the plans I submitted. State says I need a stamped plan for this project. Also attached is the feedback letter I got from the state for my plans. My project is on hold with the state, I just need improved plans.
