Farm house

I am looking for a contractor to help me build a farmhouse on a plot of land that is less than one acre in size. My budget for this project is between $10,000 and $50,000. Ideally, my farmhouse would include a swimming pool, a large garden, and an outdoor kitchen. I hope to be able to find a contractor that can help me with this project and turn my dream farmhouse into a reality. My dream farm house should be like mixture of traditional and modern house.
