Facility Layout Redesign and Electrical Planning

I need your expertise in creating a comprehensive floor plan for the entire facility. This plan must include:

- A reflective ceiling plan that clearly indicates the location of lighting
- Detailed plans for all mechanical aspects
- Manufacturer specification sheets for an exhaust fan and make-up

The project involves transforming an existing layout to accommodate some changes. I need a fresh perspective and creative ideas to improve on the existing design. Please keep in mind that I won't be making any structural changes.
