Co-op Facility

I have a nonprofit organization that supports low-income/low-resource communities globally. I need to construct a co-op facility in a poor rural community in northern Mexico to help jump-start their local economy. I need a building design. I know what I want but I do not have the skill to design the plans. The building of the facility will create job opportunities in an area where the majority of the residents are unemployed.
