Facade Redesign , Landscape design , construction drawing , material takeoff

Stage 1 : I have a revit file for 2 story villa i need ( 3 ) new Ideas for the Facade and I need also to design the landscape and the fence outer wall to be matched and compatble with the facade with ( Render).

stage 2: devolope the revit bim file to a construction stage (Architectural - Structural - Electrical - Mechanical )
