2 3D FLOOR PLANS FOR 2 MIX USE BUILDINGS

Hello, I am looking to work with a skilled Architect that can create two 3d floor plans for 2 commercial mix use buildings. I need someone that can review details about both buildings via images only and review my ideas and create floor plans based around the available square footage. Both buildings are 2 floors and about 8000 sqft or a little smaller. I want to have 3-4 apartments on the top floor & 1- 2 commercial spaces as well as maybe even 1 apartment on the first level as well. You must be able to speak English well so we can discuss what can happen at both buildings. Please note, I have a online link that has full details about both buildings along with my ideas for the floor plans at each building. My budget is $150.00 - $200.00 for this project. Please only bid if you can do what I am asking withthin my budget! I need this done ASAP!!
