FLOOR PLAN FOR A 3000 SQFT APARTMENT

I am looking for a freelancer to help me design a 3000 sqft apartment according to my requirements. The primary purpose of the apartment is residential use, and I am looking for 1 master bedroom, 1 changing room with an attached bathroom, and 1 common bathroom , 1 gaming room, living room, drawing room, huge balcony with small kitchen space for eve gatherings. I also would like both open concept spaces as well as separate rooms, so a combination of both would be ideal. I am looking forward to working with a freelancer who can bring this project to life!
