Exterior House Design - JD
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
We are doing a 240 square foot addition that will be at the front of our house. My husband is a commercial Project Manager and will manage the renovation but we need a design for the front of the building.
We would like to vault the ceiling over the living room in the front on the house which would change the roof structure over the existing living room and new addition. This space is already dark so clear story windows might be a awesome idea.
The existing roof is a 4-0/12 pitch.
We are unsure if the front door should remain on the bump out in the front or be on the left side of the bump out.
The two existing windows in the bedroom should be changed as well to match the new exterior design.
I am a a 63 year old woman going through breast cancer treatment
and this new long awaited renovation is something that is exciting me.
