Project Description for the Renovation and Rebuilding of Our 4-Star Hotel in South Tyrol, Italy
We are a well-established 4-star hotel in South Tyrol, Italy, planning a comprehensive renovation or complete reconstruction of our facility. Our goal is to create a luxurious hotel with apartments that meet the highest standards.
Requirements and Vision:
You can build a maximum of 2 storeys in the ground and 4 storeys on top.
Try to build as high as possible to have a beautiful view. possibly sauna etc. on the top floor
Apartment Amenities:
Each apartment should have its own sauna and whirlpool.
The style of the hotel and the apartments should be alpine chic, with a strong emphasis on wood and natural materials.
Apartment Categories:
We plan to have between 25 and 30 apartments, divided into three different size categories.
Wellness Area:
A natural outdoor pool should complement the facility.
An indoor pool and three treatment rooms for wellness applications should also be included.
Gastronomy:
A breakfast area should be available both indoors and outdoors to offer guests flexibility and comfort.
Additional Facilities:
A bike cellar and a ski cellar should be available for our active guests.
Our goal is to create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the alpine charm while offering modern amenities. We are looking forward to innovative proposals and concepts that can bring our vision to life. It is desired to preserve the character of the building, combining both Mediterranean and Alpine styles. The facility should be very green, inviting guests to spend time and enjoy the surroundings.
