Exterior Designing of a House

My house is quite large - more than 2000 sq.ft and I am looking for an experienced designer to help me create a modern exterior design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. Also note that this house is in a village and already 2 rooms are constructed, design should complement the existing structure.I have several specific requirements that must be incorporated in the design, such as a garden area, a special pathway, and energy-efficient windows. Whoever takes on this project will need to have experience in designing modern exterior designs that capitalize on natural resources and have the creativity to ensure that all my preferences are met in a timely manner. The successful applicant must present the project within the agreed timeframe and abide by all applicable regulations and standards.
