Experienced Residential Architect Required
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in designing residential buildings using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form), wood frame, and steel frame construction methods specially for North American houses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential architecture and be proficient in calculating land usage, cost savings, and presenting design solutions that maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee residential projects using ICF, wood frame, and steel frame construction techniques.
Conduct land usage analysis and provide recommendations for better utilization.
Calculate and present cost-saving measures to improve project efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Create detailed architectural plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5-10 years of proven experience in residential architecture, with expertise in ICF, wood frame, and steel frame designs.
Strong understanding of land use planning and cost analysis.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural design software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
