Experienced Estimator for Render Takeoff Job (Australian Construction Company)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Project: Render Takeoff (m²) – One-Off Estimation Job
We’re seeking an experienced building estimator to complete a single render takeoff for our construction company. This will be a test project, with the opportunity for ongoing work if the quality and accuracy are strong.
Scope of Work:
Complete a square metre (m²) takeoff for all render areas
Use the architectural plans we provide (PDF)
Provide a clear breakdown of each area measured
Fast and accurate turnaround required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with construction estimation or quantity surveying
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Previous experience measuring render/plaster/texture areas is highly preferred
Familiarity with estimation software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Buildxact, etc.) is a bonus
Reliable communicator who can deliver clean, organised results
Deliverables:
Render takeoff in m²
Itemised area breakdown (e.g., walls, facades, specific sections)
Any assumptions made clearly stated
