- I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with estimating the structural steel project for my medium-sized residential property.
- I have both the architectural drawings and specifications for the project.
- I require a detailed material breakdown for the project.
- You will need to email suppliers in Australia and obtain quotes for materials, painting and galvanising etc
- Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Must be able to use excel and provide a cost calculation
- Must be able to put together a estimate on labour for the project
- Strong knowledge of structural steel and construction materials
- Experience in estimating residential projects
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail in providing a comprehensive material breakdown
All will be checked by our estimator but you must be as accurate as possible and have an understanding of costs of fabricating and installation in Australia
