Engineering Residential Foundation Plan -- 2

I'm looking for help with an engineering foundation plan for 2 24' by 40' expanded container homes on a lot that adhere's to Florida's building codes and must be *STAMPED by a Florida certified engineer*.
The idea is to place the core container 8' by 40' on a foundation with a concrete slab on top to bolt into. The homes fold out to expand and the expanded parts would sit on footings.
Requirements:
- Detailed slab-on-grade foundation design
- Structural integrity and load-bearing specifications
- Compliance with local building codes
- Professional engineering certification/stamp
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Licensed structural engineer
- Experience with residential slab foundations
- Knowledge of local building regulations in Bay County Florida, specific to building by the beach
- Strong CAD design skills
