I need these crude drawings converted in to architectural drawings for area code 59601. If you offer engineering I am interested in that as well.

Ground floor
* Ceiling height 12' flat
*All windows 5' wide 6' tall picture windows. (except 1 in master for egress)
*All windows sill height of 24" (except shower)

Exterior
* Posts for porch not indicated on plans, but needed of course.
* Porch ceiling 12' flat (truss continuation)
* Gable portion of porch vaulted ceiling
* 18" Gable/Eave overhangs

Construction
* 2x6 standard framing/insulation
* roof pitch (whatever approximates the drawing)
* skip sheet/ steel roof w/ gutters
* Metal siding
* Metal siding has 48" "wainscotting" color change all the way around the structure. It may be stone.

Garage
* 10' ceiling
* please show beam running parallel with parking (allow for clearance for overhead doors)
* garage windows 3x5 sliders with 48" sill

Upstairs
* 9' Ceiling
* Egress windows in bedrooms
* 48" width in stairwell
