Elevation drawing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We are having the roof and windows replaced on a house in conservation area. The council have asked for existing and proposed elevational plan. I have attached a picture of the house. May require elevation plan of fron and rear of property. The windows are to be replaced with white uPVC with georgian bars as per some of neighbouring properties. Roof is to be replaced with a man made slate tile.
'Please submit 1 copy an existing and proposed elevational plan. Plans should be drawn at the same
scale (either 1:50 or 1:100) to aid comparative study. Plans should be numbered, clearly annotated
with the scale, show ALL sides of the proposal and should the proposed elevation adjoin another
building or is in close proximity, the drawings should show this relationship. Plans should be submitted
on paper no more than A1 in size (A3 is the preferred maximum size.)'
Site plan is also required, but this can be obtained from elsewhere if needed.
