Edit three georeferenced AutoCAD files

I have three georeferenced AutoCAD files which need to be edited. Each file has about 330000 points with displayed reference values and 10000 lines with referenced numbers. The references value text font is too large in in size and the numbers look mixed up. These need to be reduced in size with a single command and should be clearly located along the particular point for which they are designated for.
